Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GYS Bamboo Pajamas.

Please ensure that the product is unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Kindly return the product within 7 days of receiving free return label email.We will send free return labels in a variety of ways. If the goods to be returned are not sent within 7 days, we will assume that you have canceled the return.

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds. Below is our detailed return and refund policy:

Situations Eligible for Return and Refund

  • The product has quality issues or is damaged.
  • The received product does not match the order.
  • For no-reason returns, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

Time Frame for Accepting Returns

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your product.

Steps for Customers to Take

  1. Request a Return: Contact GYS Customer Service (support@gyspajamas.com) within 30 days of receiving your product, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address for eligible returns.
  3. Return the Product: Please send the product back along with the RMA number. Return shipping costs are the GYS's responsibility. We will send return label from USPS . The return address will be provided in the return authorization email.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive the return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may take an additional 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact GYS Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact GYS Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
