HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
You may receive an email confirming the shipment as soon as your package is shipped. The tracking number for your package will be provided in the email.Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but your order will still be delivered. Please contact us once the estimated delivery time has passed. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER
The time it takes to receive your order depends on several factors, including the shipping method you selected and your location. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary:

LOST PACKAGE
If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
Step 1: Contact the shipping carrier directly (details below) to inquire about the delivery status. Also, check with your neighbors to ensure the package was not mistakenly delivered to them.
Step 2: If the shipping carrier cannot provide additional information, please notify us. If the package is not located within 3 business days, we will initiate a claim on your behalf and send replacement items.
If the shipping carrier confirms that your package is lost:
Please inform us promptly. Replacement items will be sent to you.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
If your package arrives damaged, please inform us promptly. We require either the damaged package report from the shipping carrier or photos of the damaged box along with a description of any damaged or missing products. We will then file a claim on your behalf.
Please note that all items lost or damaged in transit will be replaced, not refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
